Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Science and Research Department of Islamic Azad (Open) University in cooperation with UNIC Tehran commemorated World Food Day by organizing a seminar at the University on 15 October 2013.

During the conference, Dean of Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Science and Research Department of Islamic Azad (Open) University Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Hosseini, Head of Garmsar Agricultural Union Mr. Abdolreza Biglari, Deputy Director General of Food Industries of Ministry of Agricultural Jihad Mr. Changiz Esfandiari , Professor Nader Hassanzadeh and Professor Javad Razmi from Azad University delivered speeches on food waste and how it can be prevented.

UNIC NIO Mohammad Moghadam delivered SG’s message on World Food Day for the participants.
